Hotel Partner Agreement
This Hotel Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which hotels (“Partner Hotels”, “you”, “your”) collaborate with Piyush Hotels (“Platform”, "we", "our") to list rooms, receive bookings, and manage hotel profiles through our unified hotel booking system.
1. Partner Hotel Eligibility
- The hotel must be a legally registered accommodation business.
- The partner must provide accurate property details and valid documentation.
- The accommodation must operate in compliance with regional and national laws.
2. Property Information & Listing Requirements
Partner Hotels must provide accurate and updated information including:
- Property Name & Address
- Room types, prices, amenities, and availability
- High-quality photos and descriptions
- Hotel policies including check-in/check-out, refunds, and cancellation
3. Responsibilities of Partner Hotels
- Ensure accuracy of room availability and pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Provide quality hospitality service to guests.
- Accept valid bookings generated by the platform.
- Follow all applicable laws and local regulations.
4. Platform Responsibilities
The Platform will:
- Provide a digital interface to manage hotel listings.
- Display hotel information to potential guests.
- Process bookings and forward guest details to partner hotels.
- Process payments securely through approved payment gateways.
5. Commission & Payments
Commission rates and payout schedules will be mutually agreed upon during the onboarding process. The Platform may deduct applicable commission before releasing the payout to Partner Hotels.
6. Booking Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Hotel’s own cancellation policy. Partner Hotels must ensure that these policies are accurate and updated in their dashboard. The Platform will follow the stated policies while approving refunds to guests.
7. Liability & Indemnity
Piyush Hotels is a booking facilitator and does not operate any Partner Hotel. Partner Hotels are fully responsible for:
- Guest experience, safety, and hospitality quality.
- Room conditions, hygiene, and service standards.
- Resolution of guest complaints related to hotel service.
8. Suspension or Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove a Partner Hotel if:
- They provide false or misleading information.
- Repeated guest complaints occur due to poor service.
- Legal compliance issues arise.
- Terms of this Agreement are violated.
9. Modifications to This Agreement
The Platform may update or modify this Agreement anytime. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
