This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through Piyush Hotels (“Platform”). Our platform allows users to book rooms at multiple partner hotels through a unified interface.
1. Booking Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the specific hotel that you booked. Each partner hotel may have different policies including:
- Fully refundable bookings
- Partially refundable bookings
- Non-refundable bookings
2. Platform Fees
In certain cases, the platform may charge a small processing fee which is non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Booking Errors
If any incorrect booking was caused due to a technical issue on the platform, you may be eligible for a full refund.
5. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive at the hotel, refunds follow the hotel’s own no-show policy.
