2. Booking Responsibility

The platform facilitates booking but does not operate hotels directly. All services such as check-in, room conditions, and amenities are the responsibility of the hotel partner.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely. Invoices and receipts are provided digitally.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are defined by the hotel partner. Users must review hotel-specific policies before booking.

5. Partner Hotel Obligations

• Provide accurate property details, pricing, and availability
• Maintain guest safety and hygiene standards
• Follow all local laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Piyush Hotels is not responsible for issues arising from hotel services including room quality, staff behavior, service delays, or on-site incidents.
